Since I'm still in the progress of working out my bikini body, I would say that working out is essential but what you eat also makes the difference.
Metabolism is yet an important part of how food affects your body. But let's not fool ourselves: what you eat is what you are. If you choose carefully what you put inside of you, you will noticed the difference.
